Construction Integrity
We signed a contract with Richard to build a home for us on a Battery Point lot that we had owned for several years. Richard said the house would be completed by Thanksgiving. We then left for Rhode Island for the summer. Communication was primarily via e-mail and progressive payments were made as work was completed. Six months later the house was completed without any inspections by us. Upon moving in we found there was no need for a punch list as all the details were completed. As promised the house was finished in November and we enjoyed Thanksgiving with our family.

By far the best experience
As an active duty member of the military I have had the opportunity to build homes in several locations throughout the country and working with Richard Ratcliff Homes Inc was by far the best experience. Richard was extremely attentive to our needs and desires throughout the project. He was both flexible and fair to accommodate my wife’s many “upgrades” during the building process and was still able to finish on time “to the day”.
